My coworker Ozzie spent the afternoon plying us with tales of impending-snowfall-doom. I imagine that he kept track of the weather channel site periodically so we could all be updated on how close the big storm was. After coming back from Pembroke and a positively lovely drive through the foothills I can’t help but feel sad that I won’t be in those hills when the big one hits. They’re talking about 50 centimeters up there in the highlands. I haven’t called him Reverend Storm-crow yet.
Jeff was checking out some astronaut footage this afternoon on Real Player and I walked up behind him and asked “Hey is that underwater?” He replied, “that’s space son”. Chris wandered up behind him. Then I asked, “what’s that light blue stuff in the background?” He replied, “that’s the Earth”. At this point Chris leaned forward and says, “…then what’s with the scuba diver?” Hilarious.
