Good afternoon fans. It is I, the three-minute miracle. Last night our company’s non-denominational-late-December-employee-appreciation festivities opened with the distributing of gifts. David betrayed some genuine insight in his choice of gift for me. Sea-monkeys. I will probably be starting my little monkey-farm tonight with the help of some Evian water I will buy later.

On the DSL front my hopes have been semi-dashed as both Alcatel modems I have tried have not synched yet. In some dark corner of my heart I suspect that I am to far from the Bell Central Office to have DSL after all, even though I was assured by the Bell Database that I was close enough. I have logged a trouble ticket with the powers that be and they will either fix my DSL woes or give my hopes last rites. I’ll keep you posted.
